• Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Vitamin D helps maintain normal bones and muscles. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and helps maintain normal bones. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
• Dosage. For adults and adolescents from 14 years: 10 ml once daily during meals, diluted in 100 ml of water. A natural sediment may occur, which does not affect product quality. Shake well before use.
